Warranty Conditions

  1. Warranties are void if product has not been installed by a Licensed Electrical contractor.
  2. Travelling time to remote areas is not covered by the warranty. We cover within 30 minutes of major capital and
    regional centres. This will be payable by the customer and need to be conveyed to the customer.
  3. If you make a request for warranty service and the service agent finds
    1. It is not a Brilliant Lighting Fitting
    2. It has not been installed as per manufacturers instructions
    3. It has not been installed according to AS 3000 wiring regulations
    4. Proof of Purchase and Certificate of Electrical Safety MUST be attached to Claim.

    then the service agent could invoice you for the cost of the service call. This invoice will be for $100 minimum.
