WARRANTY: Lighting Products
Brilliant Lighting’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of faulty component parts of Brilliant Lighting products during the warranty period without charge provided the Purchaser returns the product to the place of purchase.
Brilliant Lighting will not be liable for charges incurred by the Purchaser for :
- rectification, de-installation, re-installation unless the charges have been previously approved in writing by Brilliant Lighting.
- This warranty does not apply to light sources or globes, whether supplied separately or as part of the product.
If you have a problem or a fault with a Brilliant Lighting product we recommend you do the following:
- Contact the place of purchase and advise of the fault (there may be a simple solution that can be fixed by the store contact over the telephone)
- Return the faulty product to place of purchase to receive a no charge replacement fitting
